When I read the headline I dodnt know he was on the way there. My first thought was that it is a sign we need infrastructure buiulding and how stupid that couldnt get through congress... the icing on the cake was seeing he was planning a visit.

And yea, it only took my brain a few minutesafter finishing the article to think "oh shit, the crazys are gonna say..."
