If abortion is outlawed and a pregnant rape victim has an illegal

abortion, what will be the legal consequences? Will the victim be treated more severely by the courts than the rapist? After all, he was fulfilling a divine will. She, on the other hand may be looking at capital murder.

When will the burkas and feet binders be on the shelves at Walfart?

Cannot believe that women are wearing those things. Why do they want to impair themselves like that. No one even looks attractive wearing those things - they cannot walk!
Why are women falling for those things?

A personhood amendment changes everything legally. If a fertilized egg is a person under the law it will get pretty squirrelly. Anything a woman does that might lead to a miscarriage would be grounds for an investigation. All you have to do is follow the legal logic of such a situation. If you murder a live person you are charged. Fertilized egg equals a live person.

A fertilized egg would have inheritance rights, legal rights, free speech rights, and it would go on and on. If there is an abortion all parties involved could be charged with murder and conspiracy. They could be charged with obstruction of justice if they withheld information or were a material witness and refused to testify.

The mess that we would have legally would be so convoluted.

What rapist? When? If she fell pregnant, then it was clearly consensual, since you can't get pregnant from "legitimate" rape.
