Except for Trump and his cult, Pompeo, Carlson, Fox, and some Republican leaders who are owned by Putin and just staying quiet at the moment. Ukrainians are true patriots; Jan. 6 insurrectionists are domestic terrorists and have no concept of real patriotism.

OK, it's official. He's now the only filthy rich person that I admire...Hiroshi “Mickey” Mikitani is his name. I thought I should know his name if I admire him when I despise most all filthy rich people.

He puts his money where his heart is.

May his diety bless him in every way possible.

I remember an Archie comic I read in the 70's that has stuck with me all these years. Jughead tells Mr. Lodge about a charity he gave (numbers are guesses) $5 to. Mr. Lodge laughs and says he gave $1000 to the same charity. Jughead replies, "Yes, but I gave everything I had".

Give what you can afford to live without and be content that you did what you could.

when it is combined with mine and thousands and thousands of others.

His donation is wonderful and I in no way mean to diminish it.

But this battle is not going to won by powerful individuals. It is going to be won by the masses banding together and no more to the powerful individual trying to oppress them.
