..sometimes do desperate things. Trump knows he lost but continues to deny he lost. But Trump only has a microphone as his weapon.

I had always assumed Putin maintained some degree of rational thinking in his overall agenda. But any leader that so much as hints at resorting to use of nuclear weapons isn't rational. The MAD principle was accepted decades ago and is still the only deterrent to nuclear war and accepted by only sane, rational leaders.

Just from some of today's comments on the Sunday morning talk shows, I'm not sure the threat by Putin is being taken seriously.
