My aunt used to make yo-yo dolls and made a ton for me when I was little. Apparently she loved making clowns. My mom wouldn’t tell her I was afraid of them and insisted I display them in my room. I wouldn’t go to sleep unless I turned them all backwards so they weren’t facing me.

I didn't like clowns as a child.

I don't like clowns at 69 years of age.

I find them scary and extremely creepy.

I never thought they were funny.

They are doing some silly tricks and making some people laugh after a harrowing time.

I hate clowns too but this is fine.

10. I know it is the "thing to say" these days

but this really did make me get all teary.

I HATE CLOWNS! Was terrified as a kid and still now they make me uneasy but these clowns were wonderful and I would have hugged them for what they are doing.
