I would say that the right-wing has elevated the definition of "activist judges" to new heights. Left-wing judges never had close ties to left-wing organizations that were trying to over-throw the country and undermine a fair process.

So, maybe we should call conservatives radical activist judges?

Minority wingnut opinions are every bit as important as constitutionally sound policies and laws of the land from here on out.

That will be their unwritten party platform and their way to survive the Trumpstink they spray on every morning when they get dressed.
