Behind closed doors, Justice Clarence Thomas’s wife is working with many groups directly involved in controversial cases before the Court.

The claim that the Justices’ opinions are politically neutral is becoming increasingly hard to accept, especially from Thomas, whose wife, Virginia (Ginni) Thomas, is a vocal right-wing activist. She has declared that America is in existential danger because of the “deep state” and the “fascist left,” which includes “transsexual fascists.” Thomas, a lawyer who runs a small political-lobbying firm, Liberty Consulting, has become a prominent member of various hard-line groups.

In 2019, she announced a political project called Crowdsourcers, and said that one of her four partners would be the founder of Project Veritas, James O’Keefe.

And I’m going to give you something you won’t hear anywhere else—we worked through the first five days of the impeachment hearings.”

4. I'm not positive, but at the time my impression was Kennedy's decision to step down was his own

due to a potentially exposure of financial impropriety, and informed TFG of his decision to retire. so that TFG could appoint Kavanaugh.

Am I misremembering events as it unfolded? I'm writing this without checking to refresh details. It sort of seems like TFG wouldn't be concerned about financial improprieties. That would have been no effin big deal to him. Might be I don't have this right.

Remember that little exchange between the marmalade shart stain and Kennedy
just before announcing his retirement. I'd be ok if they made a quiet agreement
that his retirement would keep Ginny out of trouble and the entire mess goes away.

7. Biden has no influence over Clarence Thomas...unfortunately like getting rid of Trump, the only

means to do this is through impeachment, and we don't and will likely never have 66 votes. The rules for Scotus and the Presidency were made with the belief that people of character would become presidents and judges.

For decades, Clarence has been on the front lines of "conservatism", torturing America from his perch on the high court. His marriage with such a creature is straight out of Marvel Comic villainy.
