as ever. I can't pretend to know what Putin will do. I can only hope the slaughter of civilians
comes to an end soon.
I apologize for my false post, thinking the "withdrawal" was good news.

There is definite evidence of some withdrawals from around Kyiv but clearly not a complete withdrawal.
