She is clearly imparied in some way, I did not like her when she was young, now it is painful to listen to her. The time comes for everyone to walk away from our profession, why is she still trying to do this????

(86,780 posts)And she's demanding her time, I suspect she had something to do with Rachel finally finding a different venue of sorts, one where Andrea can't force her way onto the show to spew her crap.
She's 75, I hope she decides to retire soon.

(6,977 posts)IF MSNBC becomes mostly center right, I guess they think they can draw from Faux Noose.
I watch Nicole, Lawrence & Rachel pretty consistently (Rach is gone now), and catch Ali Velshi and a few others on the weekend like Ayman Mohyeldin, and have never been an Andrea "But her emails" Mitchell fan, even when I was a young teen, and for me now she's well past her sell date.

(154 posts)1) They are leaning into her long expertise/experience, respect and contacts with the State Dept apropos to Ukraine coverage
2) More air time means more likelihood of a serious gaffe leading to a forced retirement
3) She doesn't want to go home to Alan Greenspan
