"Grooming" GOBer style?

Just watched the evening news! DeSorted De Santis signed that bill to strip Disney of self government! So, here is wft of it all! He did it front young elementary students wearing what I think were Catholic school uniforms! So, who is “grooming” who? What? Is this their way of aligning those children to the GOBer politics? That is grooming too!
