3. It's not always that easy. The sympathetic automomous nervous system

can take over, trying to maintain homeostasis in a fight-or-flight situation. That means that vomiting, peeing, and defecating may be difficult to achieve. It's very difficult to predict your own response when you don't know the degree of physical stress you could be under, possibly even getting beat up before the raping starts. Rape victims can be in shock, even have aphasia for awhile.

But yeah, if managable, pee, poop, and vomit.
