with this I heard they also hit a chemical plant as well. I read about some of these events on a Ukraine expat site but never post anything until they are confirmed in the press.

The twitter where he speculated that whomever did this it will eventually be blamed on an enemy of russia. They also speculated that this was likely done by russians against pooptin who are finally organized to inflict some damage.
