A student made ominous threats to shoot up staff members at Stiles Hall, Cesar Chavez, and the basic needs center. This student is apparently targeting aid programs. Staff members were alerted this morning to not show up because someone who, “frequently visits” made a threat to “shoot up staff members”. This is according to some students I know who work in these spaces who were told by their managers not to show up to work today because of said threats. The quotes I used are the exact messages sent by those managers.

I am so thankful he just texted me and he's on his way home.

My first experience having a loved one in a lockdown situation--so incredibly stressful.
