Choosing between Glenn Hurst and Abby Finkenauer. I know Glenn personally and have been involved in several actions where he was an organizer. Abby is well liked and has legislative experience. It makes it even harder to know who to donate to, given my limited funds. Can't wait till the primaries are OVER so I can get behind the winner. Even then it will be a long shot to get a democrat elected in Iowa.

I shudder at the thought of them having to debate each other

This is food for thought. Carolyn paved the way for this district to go blue. We worked like crazy to get this done. I was driving around in the pouring rain the last night of the first election to cure what ballots were out there. This district would have never have gone blue without the efforts of Carolyn and her supporters. No offense to Lucy but her win in the 6th was much easier. Gwinnett was an uphill battle and Carolyn led the way. I'm asking you for Carolyn's support because she paved the way. She was the reason why Woodall retired.

Our rep, who replaced Doug Collins in 9, makes Collins look good. Or as close to as humanly stretchable.

Ours has always been rated among the most conservative in the nation, sometimes even in single digits out of 435. We never worry about being redrawn; the GA GOP is very happy with it as is, but in any case nothing would change.
