Could you be persuaded to leave off the term 'tactics?' That one makes me kinda' nervous.

Use of the judicial system against political opponents - has generally been regarded as eroding the democratic process. Exceptions are of course possible - but they they should probably remain for the most compelling and egregious of cases. I'd say 'creative' use of the judicial process (i.e. 'tactics') - beside being a bad idea in general - probably does have some real inherent dangers for not only our side - but for all sides.
