For the younger people on the forum and those that were around in 1970

If you listen to this song for the entire 10 minutes you will kind of understand what it was like in the early 70's. In my case the memories are erratic. It was wild, it was crazy, it was fun. I wish I could remember some of the names of people that I knew back then but is really just a blur. I'm not sure how I kept my job but I did and thankfully made it out alive.

The above is exactly what I thought as I listened to this song. BTW - I love the Funkadelics so not slamming their music.

I don’t know how many oil soaked marine life survived — but a lot of local residents tried.

That was the birth of Earth Day.

My husband served safely before VN, though, and met his son in the delivery room. We heard this pretty often but didn't own the album, or trip with it.
