There's little or no legal basis to impeach Justices.

We're always falling into the trap of using the terms the right wing comes up with. "Pack the court" is one of them, and it sounds underhanded and unfair.

Rather than a call to "pack the court", I'd like to hear a call to "Unpack McConnell's court!" - from sea to shining sea.

with a 50-50 Senate.
It might feel good expressing these kind of wishes but they aren't even close to being realistic and they ask for similar actions by Repubs.

I doubt many would be interested when there is a significant chance of losing the Senate in less than a year.
