1. Repugs have been packing the courts for decades.
There's little or no legal basis to impeach Justices.

2. McConnell packed the court. It desperately needs to be unpacked.
We're always falling into the trap of using the terms the right wing comes up with. "Pack the court" is one of them, and it sounds underhanded and unfair.
Rather than a call to "pack the court", I'd like to hear a call to "Unpack McConnell's court!" - from sea to shining sea. |

5. Reform the Court.
But the first order of business is to Get Out The Vote to give Democrats a working majority. There is nothing we can do without it.

4. Good luck doing that
with a 50-50 Senate.
It might feel good expressing these kind of wishes but they aren't even close to being realistic and they ask for similar actions by Repubs. |

8. My guess is maybe 40-42 Dem senators would back it
I think we're more than two away.

10. Agreed, especially with the unfavorable outlook for Nov
I doubt many would be interested when there is a significant chance of losing the Senate in less than a year.

6. Cons fight to win
They know nothing will be done about them lying to get the Senate vote.

9. Given that the votes aren't there, how exactly do you propose that this be done?
