(42,778 posts)A single instance, involving an insider trading scheme (even though that wasn't the basis of the indictment because insider trading wasn't yet addressed in the law), from 90+ years ago, and in which the indictment was dismissed, isn't likely to be the basis of prosecuting Thomas, who had a legitimate reason to have the draft.
