They don't usually "retabulate" otherwise.

It sounds like Mr Eastman was looking for votes that did not exist. Not legal. Voter fraud.

An obviously tainted election with the bungled ballots and crappy punch card technology. Those adjustments would easily put Gore over the top.

the $$ amounts needed to pull this crap off. This all wasn’t done for free for some ideology reasons.
