Along the lines of TURTLE's "rules" about timing of nominations vs election season...

you know, how he decreed that a year was too soon before an election to confirm a nomination to SCotUS, not to mention his saying no vote on *any* Dem nominee...

So, how about this on the Roe v. Wade potential 5-4 decision: 5-4 is too close to impose a change so big? Yeah, how's that, TURTLE?!
