Lindy Li @lindyli · May 13, 2022 DeSantis appointed a new Secretary of State to oversee elections His wife supported the Capitol terrorists, says we’re ruled by a cabal of Satan-loving pedophiles, and flies a QAnon flag on their boat These are the lunatics running the elections of a vital battleground state 😬 Lindy Li @lindyli Florida’s own Ginni and Clarence Thomas This ranks up there with DeSantis’s appointment of the infamous demon sperm doctor as Surgeon General Only the best people, man orlandosentinel.com DeSantis picks Cord Byrd secretary of state, husband of QAnon, Capitol riot supporter DeSantis picks Secretary of State whose wife defended Capitol insurrection, QAnon 9:01 PM · May 13, 2022 from Philadelphia, PA https://www.orlandosentinel.com/politics/os-ne-desantis-byrd-secretary-lee-20220513-3q5if75odvav7h55uawecoos5u-story.html No paywall https://archive.ph/7RwIu *snip* DeSantis recently appointed Byrd’s wife, Esther Byrd, a former Marine who works in her husband’s law office, to the state Board of Education. She defended theories of QAnon, a far-right conspiracy cult that says the world is ruled by Satan-worshipping child molesters, after the couple was seen flying a QAnon flag on their boat. They both quit Twitter for more than a year after she posted comments supporting the Capitol insurrection. “ANTIFA and BLM can burn and loot buildings and violently attack police and citizens. But when Trump supporters peacefully protest, suddenly ‘Law and Order’ is all they can talk about!” she tweeted. “I can’t even listen to these idiots bellyaching about solving our differences without violence.” At the time, Cord Byrd laughed off her comments as “hyperbole.” Democrats and civil rights leaders have criticized Byrd for his legislation banning sanctuary cities, requiring all public employers and many private ones to use the E-Verify system to screen applicants, and the parents’ bill of rights, which was used by the DeSantis administration to prevent school districts from requiring students to wear masks. *snip* This guy and his wife are evil.

2. "This guy and his wife are evil.'
Yes, they are. And "evil" is a term that I do not use loosely or carelessly.
