Fertilization occurs anywhere from 3 minutes to 125 hours after

intercourse. So, how's Oklahoma going to enforce their "fertilization" marker?

Or will they consider any act of sexual intercourse tantamount to fertilization?

This is nuts.

clearly tantamount to fertilization. So the men involved need to be cautioned, and held responsible.

Honestly, the entire anti-abortion thing seems to think women just magically get pregnant, without any male involvement at all.

If the fertilized egg doesn't implant, it gets flushed out during menses.
So every woman who has sex after ovulation occurs is potentially a criminal under Oklahoma law, whether she knows it or not.

To help them control their own sexuality and plan their families the natural way, like Gawd intended.
I can see them pushing an AP like that in the sixth grade Kotex discussions.
The thing is, if a women's ovulation can be tracked through an app, what's to stop some a-hole mad at a woman, her husband, or her father and deciding to hack that information in revenge, then raping that woman or girl to force them into an unwanted pregnancy.
The removal of bodily autonomy from a woman makes her less important to society than livestock.

But people tend to forget that their personal information is an open book to anyone with the right tools, and it’s not even difficult to collect that data.

.

Just with at-home DNA tests, they are not under HIPAA protections and that data can eventually be sold to anyone.

All it takes is a small TOS change, that you already agreed to when initially using these services.

Will they hold God responsible for these abortions?

It's obvious the morons who think up these laws have no clue with the consequences that such laws create.

Pregnancy test kit purchases? Along with doctors required to report every pregnancy to the government? I don't know how else they can track every suspected pregnancy without reporting to the government? Horrific law. Are Oklahoma folks in the streets? Nope. No headlines. What's going on!?!

… started sending baby coupons to their houses. Turns out if you use a store’s discount card or club card, their computer makes note of everything your family buys and responds accordingly. But I’m sure you already knew that. Yes, their daughters had “secretly” purchased pregnancy test kits.

Privacy? We sold that our own selves long ago.

As for pregnancy tracking — some states already have proposals to have every abortion reported to the state.

… as abortifacients, including IUDs and the Pill. Then they made sure there were so-called conscience clauses inserted into all health care legislation — if your doc prescribes something for you to use or ingest that the pharmacist or hospital believes offends their delicate conscience, they have every right to refuse to fill your prescription. So good luck finding Plan B or the Morning-after pill in a hurry.

So OF COURSE they are trying to outlaw the sale, mailing, and use of all reproductive products. It’s not a secret.

I know that sounds overly dramatic. But the US is a huge influence and champion of civil rights for the entire world. If people don't respond in mass to a Roe reversal and subsequent red state clamp down on women's rights then other rights will be curtailed as well (probably very quickly).

This will lead to economic decline. It will lead to the country essentially being divided into two different countries. And I think it will happen relatively fast.

It will be an existential moment for the nation. We've had two (slavery abolition and WWII) and fortunately we emerged from both of those as a better nation.

want to punish a particular woman or they will treat all women of reproductive age as if they are pregnant at all times.

Imagine being a bartender in that scenario? You could be in trouble for damaging a fetus, because any woman could be pregnant.

Or a doctor trying to deal with another medical issue?

This is madness and it is a glimpse into the future.
