Does anyone know wtf Musk actually WAS talking about?

Not that I really care about anything that self-absorbed jackhole has to say. I just find it annoying, on principle, when people post cryptic, context free comments (on Twitter or anywhere else) and iassume the entire world will of course know exactly what they mean.
