You know, the witness never said that she knew first hand about the SS guy getting assaulted. She described a conversation with that guy who had been told the story by the other guy sitting there. The other guy listened to the retelling and never said that it was a lie or that it was inaccurate. And, they already deposed that guy. They wouldn't be asking her those questions on national TV watched around the world if they didn't already have that sewn up.

And yeah, I agree with MSW and OP that he has been told that these facts put him in legal jeopardy. That's why he is out there spinning madly in hopes to deflect culpability. He is so disgusting.
