Let them enforce their decision. Meanwhile EPA WILL continue to enforce their regulations.

If that were the case we wouldn't have to worry about the Supreme Court at all, would we?

2. Then the entities who are regulated won't listen, and maybe sue again to get an injunction

The administration could try to run it up the Federalist Society flagpole and see if the donors of Kochistan salute.

The rule had been scrapped for years now under the Trump admin. The Biden admin was NOT enforcing the rule that the court struck down.
