Landmark cases are rarely ever taken up again before 20 years. And Roberts will now be a vote to keep it up to the states. He only supports precedent if it happened when he was CJ (2005-present). So nearly any cases from then that come back to the Court he will vote will the previous majority.

Not that you said it was, just mentioning it.
