Consider:

Adding justices only requires a majority vote in both houses of Congress and the president's signature. If all are controlled by the Democrats, the apparent conservative majority in the Supreme Court could very well be erased.


Not a heavy lift except when it is. Before the midterms, Manchenema stops us.

The midterms may well be too late, but if we prevail with two more senators and hold the House it can be done.

has said that President Biden has no interest in expanding the SCOTUS.

"Biden doesn't support expanding the Supreme Court, White House says" -ABC News

The mid-term elections will be the Republicans Midway. Every injustice the justices commit will hasten their party's downfall.

political leverage applied. All the Democrats need to be on the same sheet of music on whatever the plan gels into.
