Hutchinson relayed Cipollone's fearful statements about breaking the law. Without accountability, that statement means nothing. The rule of law has to maintain relevance or it ceases to exist.

Accountability would have meant convicting the fucker in Impeachment 2.0, but we didn't get that.

Am. 14, Sect. 3 gives a way to hold the insurrectionist faction in the Congress accountable, but we didn't get that.
