So what if I have the right to say I want to kill the President. Doesn't mean I can say it and count on buying a gun.

I hear it about guns (cat's out of the bag, too many guns, etc)

I hear it about voting rights (gerrymandering, voter ID, etc)

There are solutions. The Ballot speaks louder than even the SCOTUS.

7. I dont see how this survives a court challenge

The requirements cannot be subjectively based. Determining whether a social media profile shows good character and conduct is as subjective as determining whether the reason to carry is good enough.
