Usually, I've just seen the Ruskie flag colors used on OAN for backgrounds and logos. (The OAN logo here uses the Russian flags blue and red.) Also here we have the orange stripes in the background, the orange background for the type "Another Fauci..." and there's a bullet point orange on the show title logo "Turning Point" with orange lettering below.

Russia also uses orange for their spacesuit color as they think it denotes supremacy.

I also feel like the OAN name and logo on that clip are the logical inverse of Russia 1’s logo 
greater fashion than people realize. And I think they're being funded by the ruskies in greater fashion than what is widely known.
