Why has the RTumpster relocated his social media fiasco to Sarasota, FL???
Is it of concern that 'On April 22, a press release stated that Rumble had "successfully migrated Truth Social's website and mobile applications to Rumble's Cloud infrastructure," and that "Truth Social's move marks the first significant customer to come on board with Rumble."'???

Does TMTG have a Sarasota business license yet??? Only Devin Nunes or Philip Juhan (or perhaps TFG) know for sure... 1. Maybe Musk owns the building? Giving him rent-free space?
That would be my guess.

2. GOP lowlifes swarming south
Don't know what attracts the GOP scum here, maybe the DeathSantis stink, but the infestation is worsening. May the next hurricane strike right on top of all of them--or take out Mar a Lago.

3. More on FL infestation
OK, the reason is probably because one of tRump's biggest, earliest shills in Florida was the local state senator Joe Gruters. Some people refer to Gruters as "Scabbers" because of his unfortunate resemblance to a rat-like Harry Potter character, but I would never be so rude as to remark on someone's personal appearance. It's not his fault he looks like a rodent. But he does scurry after crumbs of approval from GOP authoritarians, to hell with his constituents.

4. Debtor-friendly bankruptcy laws, I'm guessing
Although why someone who is worth TEN BILLION DOLLARS needs the protection of a bankruptcy court is anyone's guess.

5. Didn't he resign from the board just before SEC subpoenaed the company?
https://www.cnbc.com/2022/07/07/trump-left-social-media-company-board-before-federal-subpoenas.html
Former President Donald Trump left the board of his social media company just weeks before it was issued subpoenas by the Securities and Exchange Commission and a federal grand jury in Manhattan, records show.
Trump, who had served as the chair of Trump Media and Technology Group, was one of six board members removed, according to a June 8 filing with the Florida Department of State’s Division of Corporations. His son Donald Trump Jr. also departed the board, along with Wes Moss, Kashyap Patel, Andrew Northwall and Scott Glabe. Truth Social, the company’s social media app intended to be an alternative to Twitter, posted a statement Thursday denying that Trump had left the board. A spokesperson for the company did not immediately respond to clarify the filing with the Florida state agency. The “Board of Directors” page on Trump Media’s website appeared blank as of Thursday afternoon. The departures were first reported by the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. |
