I miss him too. I remember watching his first inauguration and just sobbing tears of joy.


I also sobbed at tfg's inauguration but they sure as hell weren't tears of joy.

I haven't felt good about it since he left. Trump has about destroyed everything, and I don't know if we will ever get it back. I'm 78, and I hope we will return to normalcy before I check out, but I'm not counting on it.

I was so sure that his election meant that we’d finally gotten over a few things, the night he was elected. What an amazing night! We finally grew up!

I always thought that he was the perfect husband and father. Oh yeah - he was a pretty good President, too. Once in a lifetime.

The world know what a treasure he was. Not perfect but a real treasure and he was appreciated for being a decent human being and a very competent leader.

I actually had a dream the other night he was elected President again. I like President Biden, but like others in this thread before me, President Obama was the best in my lifetime, as Bush 41 was President when I was born.
