They said he was a perfectly nice guy who could talk normally. They were shocked to see the same man, "obviously suffering from serious dementia," on TV, put up as a candidate for the U.S. Senate.

Maybe one or two tackles too many that landed him on his noggin? I never met the guy, but the clips of him I have seen recently are from a guy I wouldn't trust to drive a car or read Dick and Jane out loud.

For that matter, I wouldn't trust the two people in the photo with children or even animals alone in a house. I would not give anyone THAT in denial of reality a position of responsibility.
