Rep Swalwell- "Consider this:"

the FBI didn’t broadcast they searched Trump’s home. They didn’t even send agents in FBI jackets. The only reason we know it happened is because TRUMP told us. The FBI didn’t try to embarrass Trump. The guy who publicized it should be the one who shows the warrant.

Makes me wonder how many other phones that we don’t know about have been seized and copied

...that indicate the DOJ would be violating TFG's civil rights if they were to release the information that the right is demanding that they release.

If that's the case then:

1) I trust that Garland and his team would never knowing violate anyone's civil rights, and

2) Such a move would make any case against TFG null and void.

The right is only pushing for the release of the warrants and the affidavits because they know that said release would put TFG in the clear.

If TFG wants this stuff released, he's the ONLY one who can do it.

at Maralargo to search Trump's home were Trump plants. Hey, I can have my own conspiracy theory too.

I don't know if the court would do this, but watch to see what happens. I think TFG is counting on being in charge of release of information. I think he may have some loose bowels if NYT prevails because he would lose information advantage.

Does that open the door for Trump to claim that he cannot get a fair trial because he is so well known that every potential juror would know what is in the affidavit?

He's the emperor of victims.

Terrible people are all against me. Telling lies against me. Unfair (because fairness only means he gets his way). Far far left against me. Yadda, yadda, yadda.

That's why his cult loves him. "He's strong, no he's a victim, he's like us. Everybody's against him. God's will."

his flying monkeys and get sympathy. He succeeded, but only with the brain-dead sycophants who believe he's a "great man".

How stupid and obtuse do you have to be to think the Big Orange Pig is a "great man"?

They raided his business property, which is basically an event center that he rents out for weddings and other occasions. He just happens to be staying in one of the rooms there. He is legally barred from setting up a residence there. I really wish people would stop playing into his whole "home." narrative. He's only there because he thinks it protects him from prosecution in the state of his actual residence. And, because he's a whiny, poopy diaper-baby who is pouting because everyone in the city of his residence hates him.
