If he did violate the Espionage Act he apparently did so at the very end of his presidency or after it. His appointments were made while he was president, and as such were valid (if bad and stupid) and can’t be undone after the fact.

And, no, the SCOTUS appointments will not be “automatically” removed. But so much scrubbing - from top to bottom - will be needed to remove the stench from tfg, it will take a generation to achieve.
