Crude this morning is down to around $87.50. This was well below $92 just a couple days ago.
RBOB is at $2.37. This was around $2.70 a few days ago
The only bad thing that's happened is the BP Oil Refinery in Whiting, Indiana had a fire last week which necessitated a temporary shutdown. They were ramping it up yesterday.
Good news. Looks like gas prices should continue to fall but like everything else, it could be subject to change.
*RBOB is a distillation of hydrocarbons from crude oil that is used to produce gasoline fuel. After it is distilled from petroleum, RBOB is blended with ethanol to produce reformulated gasoline.

(3,495 posts)Saw $3.99(9) yesterday in SE PA. Filled up at $3.83(9) last Thursday north of Harrisburg. Most places were just above $4 as we drove around last week (to State College area, over to Williamsport then through Centralia to home base).
PA has a real high state tax that pushes up prices compared to neighboring states.

It's good to know where all the hot spots are for the lower prices.
