Someone else said it was a good sign she didn't rule from the bench, which they took to mean she didn't give any injunctive orders to the doj.

But if she didn't announce her ruling in person, it makes me think she has done some legalsplaining that will not end well.

appoint a master for a limited number of documents. Thus the damage assessment can continue...could have halted the review if you think about it but didn't.

One has to wonder whether the thought that there will be backlash, threats, etc. from some of the MAGA idiots makes this a harder decision than it should be.

And she didn't rule right away. She is going to offer a written decision.
