By calling it an "inflection point", Biden has created an inflection point.

From here on out, events will be analyzed by historians as "pre-speech" and "post-speech."

It's harder to boil a frog if you poke at it while it's in the pot.

Let's hope the frogs get the picture and respond correctly.
