Wet behind the ears to have any understanding of what she's trying to do. She should end up in big trouble.

She should have recused and sent the whole clown show packing.

This is the best analogy I've seen - Trump having use of Air Force One after January 20, 2021 as a private citizen

''Trump’s claim is no different than if he flew away on Air Force One and refused to give the plane back. And if she recognizes executive privilege here, it’s like saying he has a continuing interest in a quarter of the seats on the plane.''

Impasses in the legislative branch, stacked courts top to bottom in the judicial branch.

From President to Dictator. That's the path they're leading us on.

The Crypto-Nazi's are coming out of the woodwork and it is time to start labeling the Fascists with what they can no longer conceal. When you collect the behavior of the representatives the Federalist Society has put forward, it sure looks like their works support Putin more than they support the United States of America. They support Corporate power over Federal power. A republic is based on the will of the people, so it is quite clear that the Federalist society is anti-democracy, anti-republic and anti-constitution. Where is the basis of Citizens United? It's not constitutional and it is not based on precedent or a desire for equal representation under the law.

Then Alito can search the history books and if nothing denies residual privilege, it must exist.

sort of story that can be used to support the new term.

"Residual Privilege" certainly sounds impressive. Maybe we can at least get the MAGA's to believe this.
