Second, only congress has the right to declare war. Wasn't declared, wasn't a war, doesn't count.

Let's review what happened there.
The CIA overthrew a democratically elected government in Iran and installed the Shah as a puppet. Then when the Iranians overthrew the Shah we armed Saddam Hussein to "balance" things (promote US corporate interests). Then we basically invited Hussein to invade Kuwait, and then chased him out, and you want to call that a "victory"?

That's just beyond wierd. Go explain that one to the families you are so concerned about.
