or where the subject matter of the case took place if the U.S. is the defendant. In this case the motion was filed in the 11th district where the case took place and the plaintiff lives.

So, yes, you or anyone could have filed the same motion. The judge to hear the case is assigned randomly.

documents used in his trial that will certainly be excluded so's his name can be cleared. And Aaron Burr and Jefferson Davis and Julius and Ethel Rosenberg.

All those patriots were convicted by documents that had not been masterly reviewed for attorney client privilege....
