America is finally waking up to the fascist danger: Let's hope it's not too late

Americans see the threat to democracy at last. But it's no time to celebrate: The Trumpists aren't beaten yet

Three-quarters of voters — 74% — say the country is headed in the wrong direction, representing the fifth-straight NBC News survey showing this number in the 70s.

Additionally, 58% believe America's best days are behind it, which is the highest percentage on this question dating back to 1990.

Another 68% of voters think the United States is currently in an economic recession.

But those numbers aren’t as good as I think you’re interpreting them to be. Of course all Republicans are going to say we’re on the wrong track cause a Dem is President. So a fair number of Democrats are thinking so too. Those are usually terrible numbers for the party in power.

Something like 65% of repubs say they want TFG to run again. I'm guessing that at least half of the remaining 35% would hold their noses and vote for him, simply because he's not a Lib.

I don't see how we can function as a country, with that large a percentage who are willing to embrace Fascism.

Even a small percentage will trigger massive losses for them.

On Jan 7th, 8th the MSM asked a daring question, Who wants to be associated with the Jan 6th party and GOP votes thereafter? They showed Repubs deserting in good numbers. All of sudden they were blabbing about the Democrats losing the midterms!! WTH???
