From New York Times - no paywall

In reaching that result, Judge Cannon took several steps that specialists said were vulnerable to being overturned if the government files an appeal, as most agreed was likely. Any appeal would be heard by the Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta, where Mr. Trump appointed six of its 11 active judges.

that information will stay classified, unless so much damage has already been done that it can be declassified in order to prosecute his big orange ass.

They should be following the trail of information to see if any of it has landed in foreign hands. Plenty for them to do. My understanding is that they can't yet use any of these documents for an indictment until the special master agrees. The investigation was started long before the documents were seized and has other avenues than just the documents themselves.

whether this info fell into the wrong hands I don't think.

I imagine they'll have to frame their work as not being about investigating TRUMP against the judges orders, but rather it being about national security.

They'll probably have to avoid, say, interviewing workers at MAL, that sort of stuff, but I'm sure they've plenty of more discreet (and classified) methods to try to ascertain whether NatSec has been compromised.

This is what I'd imagine, and I damn sure hope I'm right.

Judge Qannon should NOT have the power to stop this from happening.
