Yesterday I stated that Frank Figliusi was very concerned that the FBI was looking for those from the search warrant.

Figliusi said that code referred to nuclear documents. The Maddow Blog is saying the same thing; from the Maddow blog;

" A Justice Department court filing last week included a copy of a subpoena issued to Trump that included an S/FRD classification marking — and that refers to a category of information about nuclear weapons."

The Washington Post knew about those nuclear documents a month ago so that tells me that DOJ must have known about them before that.

Explain why I shouldn't believe that Trump is being treated with kid gloves?

I am going to double post this video of Neal Katyal and Frank Figliusi because they are truth tellers.

1. It may be that they're trying to find out what happened to his docs

and they don't want to move too quickly until they've exhausted that.
Maybe they have some surveillance on him .. he loves to brag ...

4. Those nuclear documents that Trump had are supposed to be under lock and key.

How did Trump end up with them at Mar-el-Loco? The rules, no, the law did not apply to Trump regarding the handling of nuclear documents and other classified documents, while he was president. Why the hell not? Why do we allow Trump to openly break the law?

We know he mishandled classified documents, he burned them, he ate them, he flushed them, he wrote notes on them and no one said a peep. Why wouldn't Donald Trump believe he is above the law?

Give me one reason why Trump should not be arrested today?

What possible good reason would there be for a former President to have such highly sensitive documents like that in his possession?

This provides a further stench that he possessed them to either blackmail the US if it tried to prosecute him or to sell them.

10. There's no other expanation for his taking them.

Anyone who helps him, especially that judge but also those who put her there should answer for that.

I have studied our government and laws in college and I have worked at three difference federal agencies and a few state agencies and the one thing that is stressed upon most of the employees I ever encountered is chain of custody and proper handling of official docs, sensitive with clearances or not.

There is NO EXCUSE for any of this, it's so obvious and in-your-face as is all of him crimes. We can no longer give him any consideration for his feelings or (I can't believe this part*) reputation.

* Proves she is a stooge, she used his phrasing in her statement/order. She needs to lose her job and be prosecuted for being part of the conspiracy/racketeering.

11. I too am dumbfounded to think of any good legitimate explanation

for him to have possession of those documents.

Although it seems questionable for treatment of a traitor, I would grant him his day in court to try to explain himself (with the expectation that it would be BS). Innocent until proven otherwise.

Yet for all that he has done to hurt the country, I would not complain too loudly if the Secret Service took him out back and put him down like the rabid dog that he is. I suspect they'd be doing the whole planet a favor.

He is such an evil, despicable animal.

2 avenues of thought for the aggravating delays.

vs the now thousands of reasons for immediate incarceration.
