freedom not to serve gays etc.

i like the 'sex on the wrong brain' explanation for the existence of organized major religions - they evolved to repress sex to increase frustration/masturbation, which by default is mostly with the right hand, which increases sex on the wrong brain symptoms like the irrational need for certainty which increases authoritarianism, greed, intolerance, suspicion, fear, conformity, and the need for a god, which grows the flock and fodder for armies used to protect the religion.

Wilhelm reich wrote in his 1933 paper "mass psychology of fascism" soon after studying with freud and interviewing austrian youth that it wasn’t until the youth began masturbating that they began believing in 'god'

the koran actually left it in print - "man can only have sex with his wife and that which the right hand possesses".

I'm sick and tired of christians. Like, somehow if you're "christian" you're somehow better than anyone else. And that your
religious beliefs should trump(pardon the pun) someone who doesn't share your belief.

After 12 years of a catholic education. I want nothing to do with religion.

The 1st Amendment prohibits Congress from passing a law respecting the establishment of a religion -- no state-sponsored religion and no favoritism. These judges are favoring white, evangelical, protestants beliefs over everyone else. These unfit judges are ruling that religious beliefs are to be held superior to laws and regulations, therefore they are violating the very law -- the 1st Amendment -- upon which they base their rulings.

where these get challenged relative to the application for, say Muslims.

For a simple example, a Muslim refusing to serve someone for some reason, at which point we are going to see these judges rule that does not count, because the religion of the United States is christianity, and when that precedent is set, it will be used to advance THAT in every other aspect of our society.

I know LOTS of Christians I am just crazy about, and they are horrified by the antics of these fools. Too often, people think of conservative fundies when they think of Christians. And I think your terminology, "Hijacked", is extremely appropriate.
