What you are reading from is the request for a stay filed with Judge Cannon. The appeal document itself has not been made available (perhaps not yet filed). They will appeal; they’ve already filed a notice of that. They said in the request for a stay that if the stay is not granted by Sept. 15, they will request relief from the 11th Circuit, that is, they will ask the appeals court to impose the stay. The stay request applies only to classified materials, not to anything else.
