2. Not just retweeting, the account was also "liking" all sorts of noxious tweets.

Walter Shaub (an Office of Government Ethics guy under Obama) was all over this earlier today on his own Twitter account.

I'm no Twitter expert, but it doesn't seem plausible to me that this could be an accident. If it was some CBP communication person "accidentally" logging a work account instead of their personal one as may be claimed to excuse these actions, how would they be seeing Stephen Miller's tweets in their feed in order to retweet them? Is the CBP account following Stephen Miller? Who is that CBP account following?
