If a dog doesn't like someone just from sight or touch, I wouldn't trust that person as far as I could throw them.

Dogs don't like Donald Trump. Or eagles, cats, or any other sentient organism.

Edit to add: I so agree with your thought about the judgement of dogs. I have long held the belief that, when the Senate is in session, the doors should be opened just enough to let in one hundred Golden Retriever puppies (or Beagle puppies, Border Collie puppies et al, your choice). Then the doors should be shut. After a half an hour the doors will be opened. Any senator without a puppy on his/her lap should immediately be removed, flogged and the tossed from office.... they are worthless scum.
