13. If the Rs are voted in and make these cuts, Ds must argue that middle class America must be

allowed to cash out their SS and other retirements savings in one lump sum. This will allow those that earned the money to spend it in the amounts they deem appropriate, not Wall Street and not in accordance with a government "pay-out" schedule. Allowing middle class America to take control of their own money would suck the financial energy out of the stock market and, likely, create a huge depression. So the Rs better understand what they wish for.
