Saw a American flag that was all dark blue except the white Stars and Stripes,

Except for one (formerly) White stripe colored royal blue.
This was in Columbia, SC.

Anybody know what it means?

I have neighbor who flies one off the back of pick-up truck, sometimes with an American flag on the other side.

Of course the flags are huge.

One of many magats here who put a fart can muffler on truck just to be obnoxious.

Other neighbors complain about the noise an in same sentence go on to say how they are going to make theirs even louder.

Blue lives matter was backed by the very rich* in order to push right wing crap such
as you can't support the police and support the stopping police violence people of color.

10. A neighbor here outside of Portland, OR is now flying a blue line confederate flag.

It replaced the standard confederate flag that they were flying. I'm not super handy with image share apps or I would share a photo. I found a site when I was googling what the flag was and the photo below appears to be it.

although my neighbors is a darker shade of blue or black and I'm not postive if has the stripe.

20. That comes from the VFW. Members of the VFW and AL are the worst at

following their own guidelines. I see these clowns driving around with a flag on each fender or
door like General Patton. I see this one frequently that has an olive drab Jeep with a flag on each fender,
Rebel and Trump decals all over the back of it and disabled veteran plates.
Several years ago, I got a letter from the American Legion asking me to join. I sent in the dues and joined
the state post. Later I get a letter saying I should join a local post they suggested. I called their so-called commander
and he said I needed my DD214 and a sponsor. I asked why I need a sponsor I am a veteran, and he says we have to be
careful we just can't let anyone join. They have social members and Sons of Veterans that never served, and I have
to be approved. I told him to forget it and hung up.
